People Data Leader in the Built Environment
Vicky brings more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of people and data. After a decade recruiting talent across the built environment, she transitioned into people analytics, where she now leads data driven insight functions that shape strategic HR decisions for a global engineering consultancy. Her driver is using evidence to create fair, transparent, and inclusive processes – ensuring that people centred decisions are grounded in robust analysis rather than assumption.
Vicky’s background in biochemistry underpins her analytical approach, while her years in recruitment give her a deep understanding of human behaviour, organisational culture, and the structural barriers that shape career pathways. Vicky has built and matured the organisation’s people analytics capability, enabling leaders to understand workforce dynamics, improve operational planning, and embed equitable practices across the employee lifecycle.
Beyond her professional role, Vicky serves as a Trustee for Catching Lives and sits on the National Executive Committee for Building Equality, advocating for inclusion across the construction and engineering sectors. She is passionate about empowering young people to join the built environment and to leverage data, challenge bias, and create a more sustainable and equitable future.
