Share your idea with The Big Bang Competition!

The Big Bang Competition is a free, national competition celebrating young people’s STEM projects and ideas.

Up for grabs are national press opportunities, work experience, attendance at international conferences and cash prizes, up to £1000. Best of all, everyone who enters gets expert feedback from our panel of scientists and engineers! As part of your work with Project Earth, you’ve already got a brilliant project to enter! Projects don’t need to be perfect or finished – our judges want to see what you’ve done so far, and what you learned along the way.

Share your project or idea by 4 March 2026.
