Eve is the Fellow of Natural History at Winchester College, a wildlife educator, and ecologist with an MSc in Applied Ecology and Conservation. She is a member of CIEEM and the Freshwater Biological Association, and enjoys identifying, filming, and teaching about the wildlife in the chalk stream habitats she manages.
She is passionate about sharing knowledge and encouraging an appreciation of the natural world in students who may not have had previous interest or experience, and has led workshops for, conducted fieldwork with, and lectured students aged 6 – 18.
Reptiles are her particular passion, and she is proud of her work contributing to the setup of the first population study of Hermann’s tortoises in Krka National Park. She developed a new method for efficient tortoise tracking.
