I bring over three decades of experience spanning education, sustainability, leadership, and community development, working across the UK and internationally
My professional journey began in the US as a youth sports coach and summer camp counsellor, later supporting UK staff recruitment programmes. With a degree in Education and Sports Science from Christ Church University, I went on to teach and lead in both primary and secondary education, with a sustained focus on inclusive learning, wellbeing, and meaningful family engagement.
I have founded and led several purpose driven initiatives, including Kaleidoscope in Action, a lottery funded not for profit childcare network, and contributed to the growth of Little Wickets, a creative sports programme for early years. As a community builder, I have launched outdoor learning initiatives, school-twinning programmes, and partnerships with organisations such as the Belvoir Castle Cricket Trust, always with a view to widening access, opportunity, and connection.
More recently, I led education and storytelling work at Zellar, developing impactful sustainability case studies for schools. Also as Education & Impact Catalyst at Earth Cubs, supporting educators globally to embed engaging, video based sustainability content into everyday school life. I recently joined Our World 2050as Advisor; Global Youth, Educator, Imagination & Impact Catalyst, championing the role of children’s and young people’s voices in shaping long term systems change and future focused decision making.
Alongside this, I have served as Chair of Governors at Rutland Learning Trust and continue to advocate for inclusive and special education, informed by close professional and personal experience.
I am deeply passionate about collaboration, creativity, imagination, and systems-level change, and I am always keen to connect with those working to build a more inclusive, sustainable, and hopeful future.
