Dev Karan is a 17-year-old student from India and the founder of Pondora, a youth-led initiative that monitors and restores village ponds using low-cost technology and community partnerships.
His research spans water quality, sustainable agriculture and technology for social good. In the coming years, Dev hopes to fuse engineering, storytelling and advocacy to design technologies that heal ecosystems and narratives that move people, turning innovation into empathy and helping build more just, climate-resilient communities.
