Charlotte Sleigh is Professor of Science Humanities in the Department of Science and Technology Studies at UCL. She is a researcher, writer and practitioner across the science humanities ( science and theology, history, literature). She is the author of more than half a dozen books, as well as an expert in science communication.
Charlotte’s work in science communication focuses on the interconnected planetary crises that include climate change and biodiversity loss, exploring these issues with both secular and theological, academic and lay audiences. She is currently research consultant for the international project Equipping Christian Leadership in an Age of Science, a former editor of the British Journal for the History of Science, and former president of the British Society for the History of Science.
