Eleanor holds a BA(hons) in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Business Management from the University of Liverpool.
She began her professional career at Arsenal Football Club in 2017, leading the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion function.
In 2022, she joined Severn Group to head up ESG initiatives and have since been expanding her environmental credentials.
